Error notice of too many sessions, help please?

When you attempt to access your 365 subscription for Leader365 on a browser and receive a black screen notifying: You are currently active on too many sessions

 

Please either clear one of the open sessions (you are limited to 2 sessions within your 365 subscription) by selecting it or click the red button to Clear all sessions

 

What counts as a session?

  • Accessing your 365 subscription on different devices, 
  • Access your 365 subscription in different locations or with different internet  

*If you have shared your login which is not licensed within our subscriptions, it will open a session and eventually lock your access. Your Leader365 subscription licenses you as the one user to access the content only.

 

Here is an example of the sessions notice from a laptop using the Chrome browser:
