    • Please make sure that you are logging into your GLN Account with the same email you used to purchase Leader365. Did you receive a confirmation receipt from us entitled: "Your Global Leadership Network order is now complete"? Please make sure to check your spam/junk filter for this. The confirmation receipt will provide an access link, but you must log in with the email and password you provided during the purchase. If you cannot locate the receipt or have additional questions, please contact us.
    • If you have not purchased Leader365 and a team member attempted to share their access with you, this is not allowed. 
    • Verify that you are not attempting to access over the 2-limit device allotment.
