  • Can I download the videos?
    • No, videos are not able to be downloaded due to copyright

 

  • How long do I have access?
    • Annual Subscription - 1 year from purchase date
    • Monthly subscription - 1 month from the purchase date

 

  • Is there an app I can access Leader365 with?
    • Please access the Apple or Google Play Store on your smart device and search for Leader365 by Global Leadership Network and download
    • Once downloaded make sure to sign in with the GLN Account (email & password) associated with your Leader365 subscription

 

  • I’d like to purchase Leader365 in bulk for my team members.  Is that possible?
    • Please contact us for assistance with bulk purchasing. 

 

  • Can I share my access with others?
    • No, this is a 1 user license and cannot be distributed or shared with others. 

 

  • How can I share the content with team members?
    • Leader365 is for 1 user only.  Neither content nor access can be shared.
    • If you wish to purchase in bulk for other team members, please contact us.

 

  • I purchased Leader365 but I don't find the subscription in my GLN Account or have access to the content. Please help?
    • Please make sure that you are logging into your GLN Account with the same email you used to purchase Leader365. Did you receive a confirmation receipt from us entitled: "Your Global Leadership Network order is now complete"? Please make sure to check your spam/junk filter for this. The confirmation receipt will provide an access link, but you must log in with the email and password you provided during the purchase. If you cannot locate the receipt or have additional questions, please contact us.

 

  • Can I purchase both Team365 and Leader365?
    • Team365 and Leader365 are not able to be purchased together or with the same GLN Account (email address and password for each account must be different during purchase)
    • If you wish to purchase both, please use GLN Accounts (2 different email addresses at sign in) for each subscription.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but our system will only allow one unique email address access each subscription resource (Team365 vs Leader365). If you purchase each separately under two separate GLN Accounts you should not have an issue accessing each respective subscription

 

  • Can I change my subscription plan to Team365?
    • Subscriptions are non-transferable.

 

  • Can I change my subscription to a new email or person?
    • Subscriptions are non-transferable

 

  • I forgot my username and password. Now what?
    • The username will be the email you provided during the initial purchase.  If you cannot recall which email was provided, please contact us for assistance.
    • Passwords can be reset by going to our website and clicking on Sign In. Then click on Set/Reset Password.  Enter the email address associated with your account and an email will be sent with further information.

 

  • Is there a limit to how many times I can stream the content?
    • No, you may access Leader365 from our website as many times as you like!

 

  • Can I create a playlist or watchlist? 
    • Yes! Please access your Leader365 subscription and start adding to your list (Leader365 App does not support this feature at this time)

 

  • Can I download the audio to stream in my car?
    • This feature is not currently available.

 

  • Can I play a video where I left off?
    • Yes! Please access your Leader365 subscription and you can begin watching any video where you had left off

 

  • My subscription is set to renew but I need to cancel that, how can I?
    • Please sign in to your GLN Account associated with your Leader365 subscription. Once signed in, under ACCOUNT in the upper-right corner, click on Dashboard.  Once in Dashboard, click on the ACCESS button under Manage My Subscription. View the subscription order and follow any prompts to set it to non-renew or to change your payment for the renewal (remember to save the payment for future charges.)

  • I am a Global Leader outside of the US and Canada, can I purchase Leader365?
    • Please contact your local Affiliate or Partner to inquire about resources available within your country.

 

  • I am a Leader within the US and Canada, but I am traveling outside of these countries to another.  Can I still access the content?
    • You must be within the US and Canada to access the Leader365 content.

 

  • I am a Leader within the US and Canada, but I have team members outside of these countries, can they view Leader365 content there?
    • Access cannot be shared and those outside of the US and Canada are unable at this time to purchase and access Leader365.
    • They may wish to contact their local Affiliate or Partner to see what resources are available in their country.

 

  • I'm having Technical Issues while trying to access Leader365. Help, please?
    • Please access our support site for Help Troubleshooting as one of our articles may assist you.
    • If you do not find a solution, please contact us and provide further details. 

 

  • I do not find an answer to my question.  Now what?
