If you are experiencing audio problems during the stream (i.e., you cannot hear the speakers!), please try the following steps:
- Make sure (a) the audio on the player is at 100% (see red arrow below), (b) your computer audio is not muted, and (c) your speakers are turned up.
- If you are on a laptop or desktop computer, unplug any video and audio cables to see if the sound will play directly from your computer’s speakers.
- If you are on a phone or tablet, unplug/disconnect headphones and play the video on your device to test if the sound will play directly from the device’s speakers.
