When assigning an open registration to any guest (adding an email address) our system runs a verification check to determine if this guest is already registered for the event.
If the guest’s email address is not already assigned to a registration, the system will assign it. If the email address is already assigned to a registration, the system will not allow them to be added again in order to prevent a guest from being charged twice to attend an event.
Additionally, the platform we use to stream live events and deliver Video-On-Demand (VOD) requires a unique email address for each registration.
Please check your previous records to see if you already assigned this email address to a registration, or check with the individual who may already have a ticket they bought for the same event.
