If you are experiencing audio problems during the stream, please try the following to the best of your ability:
- Ensure the audio on the player is at 100% (see red arrow below), your computer audio is not muted, and your speakers are turned up.
- If on a laptop or desktop computer, unplug any video and audio cables to see if the sound will play directly from your computer’s speakers.
- If on a phone or tablet, unplug/disconnect headphones and play the video on your device to test if the sound will play directly from the device’s speakers.
