The streaming platform through LeaderPass requires a unique email address for each registration.
If you purchased multiple tickets using unique email addresses for each, but your guests did not receive their confirmation emails, please ask them to check their spam folder. If they still can't find the email, please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to help.
If you registered for multiple tickets without assigning unique email addresses for each, you will need to go into your confirmation email that was sent after your initial purchase and click on the confirmation number. It will take you to a page where you can assign the correct names and email addresses to the registrations for your guests. If you need assistance, please submit a support ticket.
