Important note for Summit Replays: Participation in the October or November Replay events requires a new registration. If you did not re-register, you will not see an event pass in your LeaderPass account. Guests who purchased a GLS ticket for August can re-register for free here: 

If you have already secured your registration for the Replay and still aren't seeing your pass, please read on.

If for any reason you log into your LeaderPass and you don't see your new Pass, there are typically a few reasons why:

1.  The event passes (GLS or GLSnext Event Series) typically won't be available in LeaderPass until 5-7 days prior to the live event. If you have created your LeaderPass account before that time, you won't see the event pass until it is available.


2. Your event pass is attached to your email address. Be sure to create your LeaderPass account with the email address that you used to register for the event or your pass will not attach to your account. You will need to log in using the email address that was used to purchase your event pass in order to stream the event.


3. If you had an existing LeaderPass account when you bought the new Pass (and you used the same email address to purchase the new Pass), you need to first log out and then back in so your new Pass can be activated.
