When you receive your "Create Your Online Experience Profile" email, you will be directed to a page where you can create a password/account to access the event content. Please use the same email address that you used to register for the event as your pass is specifically linked to the email address you used to purchase your ticket. (Please note: if you use a different email to create your LeaderPass account, you will not see your event pass. To correct this issue, please contact LeaderPass directly using this link - 


Click 'Create Your Account' and you will see the event pass appear on the next screen. Click on 'Access Pass' to enter the event.
