How do I transfer my ticket to another person, to another location, or online?

You can change the name on your registration through your confirmation email received after registering. You can also access your registration by visiting https://brushfire.com/my and entering your email address in the space provided on the page. You will then receive an email from Brushfire with a link to your registration, and from there you can change the name by clicking on "manage attendees"

 

If you are looking to change the site location or move to the online optio, please submit a ticket

 

When submitting a ticket, please provide:

  • Your ticket confirmation#
  • Current details of the ticket (first & last name, email, current site)
  • Details for the site you wish to change to
