How do I transfer my registration to another person, to another location, or online?

You can edit names, change registrants or fill in empty registrations on your registrations in your GLN Account until one week (7 days) prior to the start of the event.  You can make changes to your location or ticket type (digital, hosted or studio audience) in your GLN Account until 2 weeks prior to the event.  Ticket types for the event cannot be split by day, example digital(online) on Thursday and hosted (in-person) on Friday. 

Please submit a ticket if you need further assistance. 

 

GLN Account – How to Make Changes to Your Ticket 

To make changes to your event registrations regarding ticket type, location, or to fill in empty (unnamed) registrations, please do the following within the time frames listed:  
 

  1. Sign-in to (or create) your GLN Account (link) using the same email you registered with.  

  1. Under “Account” at the top of the page, select “Events”.  

  1. Select the event to make changes.  

  1. Click  

  1. Click the pencil icon to edit a registration.  

 

*This feature is not available closer to the event.
