The Network organizes leadership content around six Leadership Pillars and leadership practices to help you find resources that support your growth.

Every resource in the Network is organized around a Leadership Pillar and leadership practice to highlight its primary area of leadership development.

The Six Leadership Pillars

Resources throughout the Network are organized around these six Leadership Pillars:

  • Leading Yourself
  • Cultivating Relationships
  • Leading with Clarity
  • Leading Others
  • Make It Happen
  • Navigate Change Well

Each Pillar focuses on a core area of leadership development.

Leadership Practices

Within each Pillar, resources are further organized by leadership practices that provide practical ways to apply what you're learning in everyday leadership.

For example, a resource may be categorized as:

Leading Yourself | Own Your Growth

This helps you quickly identify the primary leadership focus of each resource.

Why It Matters

The Network is designed to help you build lasting leadership habits through intentional learning, consistent cadence and shared experiences over time.

Organizing resources by Pillars and Practices helps you intentionally grow across every area of leadership, transforming leadership principles into everyday leadership practices.
