If you're having trouble signing in to the Network, please try the steps below before contacting Support.

I Didn't Receive My Sign-In Email

If you don't receive your sign-in email within a few minutes:

  • Confirm you entered the email address associated with your subscription.
  • Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
  • Search your inbox for emails from the Global Leadership Network.
  • Wait a few minutes and request a new sign-in link if needed.

My Sign-In Link Isn't Working

Sign-in links expire after a short time for your security.

If your link has expired:

  1. Return to my.globalleadership.org.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Enter your email address again to request a new sign-in link.

Sign-In Link Says "Invalid" Even Though I Just Requested It

This indicates that your email provider's security settings are causing this error, not an issue with your account.

Many organization email systems automatically scan incoming links for safety before you open them. Because sign-in links can only be used once, this automatic scan can use up the link before you get the chance to click it yourself.

If this is happening to you:

  1. Try opening the email and clicking the link on your phone using cellular data instead of office Wi-Fi.
  2. Ask your IT department to whitelist emails from globalleadership.org, or to disable link scanning/pre-fetching for that sender.
  3. Try requesting a new link and opening it in a private/incognito browser window.

If You Entered the Wrong Email

If you entered the wrong email address, simply return to the sign-in page and request a new sign-in link using the email address associated with your subscription.
