When you attempt to access your 365 subscription for Team365 on a browser and receive a black screen notifying: You are currently active on too many sessions
Please either clear one of the open sessions (you are limited to 2 sessions within your 365 subscription) by selecting it or click the red button to Clear all sessions
What counts as a session?
- Accessing your 365 subscription on different devices,
- Access your 365 subscription in different locations or with different internet
*If you have shared your login which is not licensed within our subscriptions, it will open a session and eventually lock your access. Your Team365 subscription licenses you as one user to access the content, but also share the content within a team setting of up to 25 team members in-person, virtually or a hybrid of the two - viewing and discussing the content together for development.
