  • Can I download the videos?
    • No, videos are not able to be downloaded due to copyright

    • We are working to launch an app within the first quarter of 2024!
       
  • Can I share my access with others?
    • No, this is a 1 user license that allows you to share content in a group setting in-person, virtually, or hybrid.  Individual access cannot be shared with others.
       
  • How can I share the content with team members?
    • In a group setting.
    • A group setting can be virtual, in-person, or a hybrid of the two.
       
  • I’m having technical issues while trying to access Team365.  Help, please?
    • Please access our support site for Help Troubleshooting as one of our articles may assist you.

  • Can I purchase both Team365 and Leader365?
    • Team365 and Leader365 are not able to be purchased together or with the same email address
    • If you wish to purchase both, please use two different email addresses for each.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but our system will only allow one email address to have access to one of these resources at a time.
       
  • Can I change my subscription plan to Leader365?
    • Subscriptions are non-transferable.
       
  • Can I change my subscription to a new email or person?
    • Subscriptions are non-transferable
       
  • Is the content in Team365 downloadable?
    • Outlines, Discussion Guides, Illustrative Summaries, and any additional documentation can be downloaded. 
    • Videos are not able to be downloaded due to copyright restrictions.
       
  • I’m receiving an error message that I am unable to access because I’ve exceeded the device limit.  Now what?
    • If you have exceeded the 2-limit device allotment, please sign out of our website on one of your devices.
    • If you have signed out and are still having difficulty, please contact us.
       
  • Why are some talks and programming & content elements not available?
    • Due to copyright licensing and agreements with Speakers, Artists, Performers, Interviewees, etc. not all items can be made available or can only be made available for a limited time.
       
  • Is there a limit to how many times I can stream the content?
    • No, you may access Team365 from our website as many times as you like!

  • I am a Global Leader outside of the US and Canada, can I purchase Team365?
    • Please contact your local Affiliate or Partner to inquire about resources available within your country.
       
  • I am a Leader within the US and Canada, but I am traveling outside of these countries to another.  Can I still access the content?
    • You must be within the US and Canada to access the Team365 content.
       
  • I am a Leader within the US and Canada, but I have team members outside of these countries, can they view the content?
    • You should be able to share the content by streaming it during a team meeting platform like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
    • Access cannot be shared and those outside of the US and Canada are unable at this time to purchase and access Team365.
       
  • I do not find an answer to my question.  Now what?
